FINE DINING IN THE GLASSHOUSE OF OUR PARK

ConTanima is our haute cuisine restaurant located in the charming Glasshouse of our park, in the heart of Bozen. The kitchen is led by globetrotting chef Dario Tornatore, born in 1985, who offers a menu that surprises the senses and showcases the riches and rarities of the region in a truly charming setting. The Glasshouse, an old Art Nouveau greenhouse surrounded by centuries-old trees and open-air works of art, is a corner of paradise in the city centre which, after careful renovation supervised by the Staffler family, has become the exclusive home of ConTanima.

Chef Dario Tornatore leads the kitchen with a personal and recognisable style. Born in Naples, he combines Mediterranean instinct with the balance and precision learned from his international experiences. Each dish is built around the raw ingredients: fresh, seasonal products selected from small local producers, which become the protagonists of authentic and contemporary combinations.
His cuisine is straightforward, made up of harmonious contrasts, distinct aromas and flavours that convey simplicity as the highest form of elegance.
