Enjoy his light and contemporary cuisine, where the flavours of the Mediterranean meet the hearty tastes of the South Tyrolean mountains. The Chef uses richness and freshness of the region’s finest produce, as well as fresh fair trade herbs.
In fact the Laurin Restaurant supports the ‘Fair Cooking’ movement. Locally-produced ingredients are combined with exotic food products such as quinoa, cardamoms and muscobado sugar to prepare creative dishes while at the same time supporting fair trade.

Monday to Saturday: 12.00 a.m. – 2.30 p.m. and 7.00 p.m. – 10.30 p.m.
Sunday, 7 p.m. - 10.30 p.m.
