Art Nouveau Style and palms in the Restaurant
Breakfast, lunch and dinner beneath palm trees: our Chef Manuel Astuto will delight your palate in the elegant and tasteful ambience of Restaurant Laurin. Enjoy his light and contemporary cuisine, where the flavours of the Mediterranean meet the hearty tastes of the South Tyrolean mountains. The Chef uses richness and freshness of the region’s finest produce, as well as fresh fair trade herbs. 

In fact the Laurin Restaurant supports the ‘Fair Cooking’ movement. Locally-produced ingredients are combined with exotic food products such as quinoa, cardamoms and muscobado sugar to prepare creative dishes while at the same time supporting fair trade.

Monday to Saturday, 12.00 a.m. – 2.30 p.m. and 7.00 p.m. – 10.30 p.m.

The Restaurant Laurin is closed from 07/01 to 08/02/2015 included. During this period, and on the following Sundays, we are glad to offer you daily a small but refined selection of warm plates in the Laurin Bar.
