Music plays an important role in Laurin’s cultural life. Each Friday at 9.30pm the elegant ambience of the Laurin Bar is given over to "All that Music...!" Performers include top international artists as well as Italian and local musicians.

The Friendly Travelers was founded in 1959 in Lousiana by Reverend Clint Jones. Their new project is about traditional gospel songs but also Soul and Rhythm & Blues as well as Jazz compositions like the ones by Louis Armstrong.

The Tiger Dixie Band is one of the few bands which dedicates itself to the reconditioning of the Jazz music of the "Golden ages". At the same time they practice a philological and currant approach to that music. New Orleans, Chicago Style and Charleston are interpreted with modern instumentation.
